Operation: Removing the interior fan on Volvo V40

Remove the frame around the air conditioner controls with a plastic wedge, then unscrew the four screws at the now uncovered corners. Remove the controls by disconnecting the connections, and try to replace the control itself. If it still doesn't work, switch to the fan. It is located in the lower part of the dashboard and can be accessed from the passenger side by detaching the bulkhead under the glove compartment. At this point, try to change the heatsink connected to the connector, as shown in the video, which is usually the cause of the problem. Otherwise, unscrew the fan holder and replace it.
