In this video, you can see how to replace the interior rear-view mirror in a Volvo V40, a very simple and quick operation. First, unclip the small cover located at the back, then completely remove the cover. Next, grasp the mirror arm and rotate it approximately 90 degrees counterclockwise, unscrewing it from the base. At this point, you can remove the mirror, clean off any adhesive residue, and apply the replacement mirror. To reposition the mirror onto the base, simply insert it back into the same position from which it was removed and rotate it clockwise.
