In this tutorial, we can see how to disassemble the air conditioner console in the Volvo XC60, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then unclip the frame of the central display using a flat-headed screwdriver or preferably a plastic spatula. Next, remove the CD player frame, unscrew the indicated screws, and continue by unclipping the two side panels of the tunnel. Finally, disconnect the various connectors, separate the console from the dashboard, and follow the reverse procedure to install the replacement if necessary.
