Replacing the Headlamp Bulbs on the Volvo FH500

Model: Volvo Volvo Various
Part: Headlight bulb

Video tutorial

If the headlamp bulb on the Volvo FH500 burns out, it must be replaced as soon as possible for safety and to avoid fines. Open the door corresponding to the headlamp containing the bulb to be replaced and unscrew the four plastic screws securing the panel behind the headlamp.

Once the panel is removed, you will have access to the protective cover of the bulb. After removing it, disconnect the connector, unclip the metal retaining clip, and pull out the burnt bulb.

Insert the new bulb, taking care not to touch the glass with bare fingers, secure it with the clip, reconnect the connector, replace the cover, and secure the panel with its screws.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
