Follow these steps to remove and replace the rear brake pads on the Yamaha Xmax 250. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the bolts securing the rear brake caliper to remove it from the disc. Next, remove the old brake pads by pressing the caliper piston to retract it, as shown in the video. At this point, clean the caliper of any residual dirt, then install the new pads. Refit the caliper onto the brake disc, ensuring everything is secured properly!
