On the Yamaha Xmax 125, resetting the V-Belt warning light involves inserting the key into the ignition switch and turning it to power on the instrument panel. To reset the warning light, pull the lever located at the base of the right handlebar inwards.

While holding the lever down, the warning light will start to flash until the kilometres remaining until the next replacement are reset. Once the kilometres have increased, release the lever and complete the operation by turning off the instrument panel.
