In this video we see a really simple method to turn off the engine light on the Alfa Romeo Stelvio: and yet it works. Of course, it is assumed that this is only used to physically turn off the light, and that the underlying problem causing the light to turn on has been resolved, otherwise we are just fooling ourselves. However, the solution is as follows: turn on the instrument panel, close the car doors and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right; then turn it all the way to the left. Straighten the wheels and turn off the instrument panel. Now turn it back on. The engine light should now be off.
