On the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, you can reset the check engine light or any other warning light without using external electronic tools: to turn off the light, press and hold the brake pedal, then press the button to start the engine. Once the engine is running, wait for the RPMs to return to idle, then turn it off immediately. With the vehicle off, you can release the brake pedal, and after a second, repeat the process: this procedure should be repeated five times to turn off the light.
