Before we can start, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Alfa Romeo Mito. The resistor of the radiator electro-fan is located below the coolant expansion tank. So let's start by unhooking and disconnecting the relative electrical connector. After that, we will have to unscrew and remove the fixing bolt, using an 8 wrench. By doing so, we will have freed the resistor of the radiator fan. We then proceed by going to extract the resistance from its housing, and we will have finished the disassembly. To mount the new resistance, all we have to do is follow these steps in reverse, and we will have completed the replacement.
