Before you start, open the front passenger door of your Alfa Romeo 156. Begin by removing the lower cover of the glove compartment by unscrewing the relevant securing screws. Next, disconnect the electrical connector that powers the cabin heater fan, then unscrew and remove the relevant securing screws. This will free the heater fan itself. Proceed to extract it from its housing, and you will have successfully completed the removal.
