To remove the seat belts from an Alfa Romeo 156, first remove the support that holds the belt taut at the top, connected to the door pillar. Once the belt is released from this support, detach the plastic cover on the side of the seat where the belt is connected inside.

After removing this cover, unscrew the bolts that secure the belt to the seat, allowing it to be completely detached; at this point, you can install the new one, connecting and securing it properly.
