How to Replace the Electric Lock on the Alfa Romeo Mito

To replace the electric lock on the Alfa Romeo Mito, produced from 2008 to 2018, you need to: remove the plastic handle of the inner door by detaching the two covers and the four screws, unscrew the two side screws of the panel, and finally remove the panel to access the lock. Once the panel is removed, take out the three side screws that secure the lock, disconnect the connectors, and pull it out of its housing. Now you can proceed to install the new lock. Start by connecting the connectors and reinserting the lock into its housing, which will then be secured with the screws. Refit the door panel and close the door.
