The air filter for your Alfa Romeo 159 (2005-2011) is not located inside the engine bay as is common, but rather at the bottom of the engine compartment. To replace it yourself, first lift the car with a suitable tool, then locate the filter box on the left side and unscrew the screws using an appropriate spanner. Once done, simply remove the cover of the box and replace the old filter with the new one. Finally, reattach the cover, and the procedure is successfully completed.
