Replacement of the automatic gear shift knob of the Audi A6

These quick steps will illustrate the process of disassembling and replacing the gear knob of the Audi A6 automatic transmission. First, we get into the car and start gently detaching the gear knob cover from the base; then we pull the knob and cover upwards, removing both components, as shown in the video. At this point, we proceed to install the new gear knob, of the correct type, inserting it perfectly and in a straight position on the gear lever; finally, we reassemble the cover by fixing it to the base, following the video tutorial until the end!
