Watch this video to learn how to change the remote battery of an Audi Q5: all you need for this operation is a replacement CR2032 battery, which you can easily find at any supermarket or electronics store. On the metal part of the remote, the one with the four rings, there are two small black buttons on the sides.

If you press them simultaneously, the physical emergency key will pop out, exposing two other buttons that, when pressed together, will allow you to remove the battery compartment. Replace it with the new one, paying attention to the polarity, then put the compartment back into the remote and reattach the cover with the physical key. Operation completed.
