Removing the Door Panel of an Audi A4

Remove the door panel of an Audi A4 (left rear side). Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment.

Use a pry tool or screwdriver to remove the satin aluminum trim at the top of the door. Next, remove the lower cover of the handle (where the buttons are located).

Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from the upper door opening lever and the other screws on the door panel. Use a pry tool to detach the clips securing the panel, then pry it off. Finally, grasp it with your hands and disengage it from the door.

Reassemble everything in reverse order.
