In order to remove the inner panel of the rear tailgate of the Audi A4, you need to open the tailgate itself, so that you can remove the coverings of the special pistons that lift the tailgate; then you can detach the coverings of the pins at the base of the panel and at the base of the lock actuator. Then you will need to remove the triangle, loosening the screws underneath along with those at the bottom of the panel: once all these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to completely detach the old panel, replacing it with a new one.
