Problem with the wheel rotation sensor of an Audi Q3 Sportback.

In this video we can see the problem with the wheel speed sensor of an Audi Q3 Sportback: on this car, yellow warning lights related to ABS, EDC, and TPMS would appear, which would then turn off after a few minutes. A diagnosis confirmed that the issue was with the front left wheel speed sensor: how does this sensor work? Through a toothed wheel, square waves are generated, which the sensor reads in order to identify the movement and speed of the wheel; if the sensor is damaged, it communicates incorrect data to the system. It is not necessarily the sensor that needs to be replaced, the issue could be with the toothed wheel, causing the sensor to no longer be able to read the wheel movement; of course, the wiring should also be checked for any damage that may prevent proper communication.
