How to Remove the Door Panel on Audi A4

Remove the door panel of an Audi A4 (front right side), here’s how to proceed. Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment.

Use a pry tool or screwdriver to remove the plastic trim at the top of the door; then remove the lower cover of the handle (where the buttons are located). Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws of the upper door opening lever and unscrew the other screws on the door panel.

Use a pry tool to detach the retaining clips of the panel, pry it off, and finally detach it from the door. Reassemble everything by reversing the steps.
