If you replace a unit, such as a radio, control unit, or MMI module, with one from another car - which you may have legally purchased used - the system partially or fully disables it until it is unlocked with official tools. The VDCS is a diagnostic tool, but it cannot remove component protection; therefore, if you see this error, it means a used component not associated with your car has been installed, or the module has not been coded correctly, and finally, the adaptation procedure with official tools, which are ODIS and ODIS-E, is missing. The issue is resolved by taking the car to an official dealer equipped with these tools. The video describes an alternative method involving transferring the EEPROM memory from the old module to the new one. However, this method is reserved for experts, as it requires skills in electronics and soldering, which are not accessible to everyone. Otherwise, you need to purchase modules that are already 'virginised' with CP already removed.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
