How to Paint the Exhaust Pipe of the Audi A1/S1 Sportback

In this video, you will see how to paint the exhaust pipe of an Audi A1/S1 Sportback: lift the rear of the vehicle for easier access. Sand the end of the pipe with a wire brush attached to a drill, and finish with fine sandpaper (250). Then, use a brake cleaner to remove any dirt. Now it’s time to protect the area around the exhaust pipe to prevent the paint from damaging it. Cover it with plastic and masking tape, then choose your preferred colour from AmbroSol V400Temp1, a high-temperature paint available on Amazon with the code B00HMSLLKQ for £8.25, plus £3.49 delivery. Apply several light coats and allow to dry thoroughly, then remove the masking from the bodywork. Lower the car from the stands and your work is complete.
