Open the Bonnet of an Audi A3

Learn how to maintain your Audi A3. To open the bonnet: open the door (driver's side) and pull the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard; lift the bonnet slightly and move the release lever to the left. Once the bonnet is released, lift it upwards and secure it with the metal prop. Now that you have opened the bonnet, you can perform your maintenance. To close the bonnet: remove the prop and let the bonnet fall down from a minimal height. Ensure it is properly closed.
