How to Open the Bonnet of an Audi A3

Let's see how to open the bonnet on an Audi A3. Open the door (driver's side) and pull the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet slightly and move the release lever to the left. Once the engine bonnet is unlocked, lift it upwards and secure it with the provided rod. Now that you have opened the engine bonnet, you can perform maintenance. To close the bonnet: remove the safety rod and let the bonnet fall down from a minimal height. Ensure it is properly closed.
