Replacement of Audi A6 headlight bulbs

Model: Audi A6 MK 2, C5 - Years 1997-2004
Part: Headlight bulb

Audi A6 headlight bulbs are damaged and we need to replace them, let's see how to change them. We raise the front hood by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, let's put it in safety with the rod. We find the inspection cap of the lighthouse (placed in the rear part of the lighthouse), we unhook the metal temples that tighten the cap. Find the bulbs with metal hooks; we take out the lamp holders from the headlight and we go to extract the damaged bulbs with the help of a screwdriver. We assemble the new bulbs and (always suitable type and size) we insert the lamp holder in the lighthouse housing. We reassemble the cap and the metal temples.

How to Remove the Cabin Fan Resistor on a Mercedes A-Class W169

If the cabin fan speed does not change when adjusted or only activates at maximum speed, the fan resistor may be damaged. Replacing it is fairly easy, and the part is readily available. The resistor is located right behind the center console, but you can access it by removing the trim panel directly below the steering column and then detaching the side cover of the tunnel. At this point, you can easily reach the resistor and its power connector; just pull it out of its housing to replace it.
