Fitting Pump Injectors for Volkswagen, Audi TDI

In this video, you will learn how to fit pump injectors in TDI engines from the Volkswagen group (Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen). These injectors often fail due to the sealing O-rings deteriorating, leading to diesel leaks. First, lubricate the O-ring and position the injector in the head, inserting the pin and clamp, and tighten until it is seated. Tighten using a stretch technique to 20 Nm plus 270 degrees. When screwing in the pump injector, be careful not to overtighten to avoid breaking it. Use a protractor to set the timing angle and follow each step in the video!
