How to Remove the Airbag from an Audi A3

It is advisable to perform this procedure with the battery disconnected. Before you start, sit in the driver's seat of your Audi A3. Begin by turning the steering wheel 90 degrees clockwise, then adjust it by pulling it towards you as far as possible and lowering it. Next, release the rear clips that secure the airbag. This will free the airbag from the steering wheel. Proceed to extract it, then disconnect the connector. Once you have completed this step, you can remove the airbag, completing the disassembly.
