In this video, learn how to remove the turbocharger from an Audi A6 2.7 TDI C5. First, open the hood of your car and remove the plastic engine cover; then, unscrew the bolts from the metal shield above the turbocharger and remove it. At this point, disconnect the intake hose by unscrewing the clamp screw, and unscrew the bolt from the turbocharger manifold, disconnecting the air pressure tube; unscrew the bolts from the exhaust manifold and the center bolts to completely remove the turbocharger!
