How to replace the key battery of an Audi A5

Model: Audi A5 8T3, 8F, 8T8, 8T - Years 2007-2016

Before starting, we will have to go to open the physical key of the electronic key of our Audi A5, simply by pressing the upper silver button. After that, we will have to go to disengage and remove the rear cover of the battery, using a flat screwdriver and prying. By doing so, we will have reached the key battery. We then proceed by going to extract and remove the discharged battery, and we will have finished the disassembly. To fit the new battery and close the key, all we have to do is repeat this procedure in reverse, and we will be done.
