Front Shock Absorber Removal

Lift the vehicle on suitable jack stands, ensuring they are positioned at the reinforcement rib; remove the mounting bolt of the shock absorber from the lower control arm of the front suspension; then remove the clamp securing the sway bar links from the top of the control arm by extracting the ball joints from the clamp; access the engine compartment and remove the mounting bolts of the shock absorber bracket to be able to remove the shock absorber along with the spring, bracket, and links. To replace the shock absorber, it is necessary to compress the spring using the appropriate spring compressors.
