Instructions for Removing the Ignition Cylinder on Audi A4 B6

Model: Audi A4 B6 - Years 2000-2004

In this video tutorial, you will see the main instructions for removing and replacing the ignition cylinder of an Audi A4 B6. First, get inside the car and remove the screws from the plastic cover located under the steering wheel. Then, remove the additional screws found under the steering wheel using a Torx wrench. At this point, remove the airbag and disconnect its electrical connector located at the back. Also, remove the center nut of the steering wheel using a socket wrench to take off the steering wheel itself. Next, remove the ignition switch by moving the wiring aside.
