How to Turn Off the Passenger Airbag Light

This video shows how to turn off the airbag light. First, connect the scan tool to the vehicle, which informs us of any errors in the control module. Once the error is identified, in this case code 1218 passenger airbag igniter, try to reset it using the scan tool and see what happens. If the error persists after the reset, try replacing the connector located under the passenger seat, or you can bypass the connector by connecting the wires directly. Now try to reset the error again with the scan tool, and if it disappears, you have identified and resolved the problem.
