To replace the timing belt on an Audi Q3, access the underside of the vehicle by removing the lower engine cover panel. Once the panel is removed, you can access the pulleys, which need to be loosened by reducing the tension on the belt. Then, from the top of the engine block, you can slide out the old belt and replace it with a new one. After installation, secure the pulleys and reinstall the lower engine cover panel.
