If the engine idles very irregularly and also the response to acceleration is not aggressive then it is very likely that there may be some malfunction in the throttle body which has the function of regulating the passage of air in the intake. depending on the position of the accelerator: it could be a problem with the micro switch that controls the position of the throttles. In order to replace this switch it is necessary to remove the throttle body, disconnecting the sleeve that connects it to the air filter, the vacuum tubes, the accelerator cable and the socket of the micro switch itself; then unscrew the fixing pins to the intake manifold and once placed on the bench, proceed with the replacement of the microswitch fixed simply with small screws. Once installed, the idle may need to be adjusted.
