To replace the rear bumper on an Audi Q3, first detach the trim pieces located around the rear wheel wells. Once these are removed, you can loosen the additional screws that secure the bumper to its housing. These screws are located at the bottom of the bumper, at the top (accessible by opening the trunk), and also inside the trunk. After all screws are removed, you can take out the two rear lights and then proceed to remove the bumper itself, replacing it with a new one.
