How to Replace the Exterior Handle on the Audi Q3?

To replace the exterior handle on the Audi Q3, open the door and detach the circular rubber grommet located on the side of the door. Once this grommet is removed, loosen the Torx screw with a T20 screwdriver until it is completely free. This will allow you to pull the lock cylinder out from the outside. Once this is removed, you can unclip the handle and replace it with a new one. Then, reinsert the lock cylinder and secure it with the side screw.
