Raise the car on the lift, remove the front wheel and apply a support jack under the suspension; then remove the pins fixing the connecting rod to the stabilizer bar and to the swinging arm of the suspension; remove the old connecting rod and install the new one by tightening the relative fixing pins and remove the underlying support; it is also suggested to replace that of the other side to guarantee the same stiffness to the suspensions and also because, working at the same time, the probability that the other connecting rod will soon yield is very plausible.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
