Cabin Air Filter Replacement

Model: Audi A6 C4, MK 1 - Years 1994-1997

The cabin air filter is located in the engine compartment, on the passenger side, just below the windshield. To replace it, open the hood, remove the rubber seal along the edge of the plastic grille covering the area under the windshield, and pull the grille forward. At this point, you can access the cabin air filter housing, release the securing clip, and remove the filter from its housing. Ensure there are no dirt residues inside the container and insert the new filter.
