Operation: How to activate tire pressure monitoring on an Audi A3 MK2.

On the early A3 models of this version, the TPMS control was not standard. But it is possible to activate it, and let's see how in this video: we connect the cable to the EOBD, turn on the ignition, and open VDCS on our laptop. We select the module of our interest, which is 5F. By entering the chassis number of our vehicle, we must select channel IDE04300-ING117541. Set the new value as "activated" and click on "do it" to exit. The second item to select is IDE04307-ENG117705. Again, set the value to "activated" and exit with "do it". Then, go back and select channel 17, code 07, long coding helper, and go to Byte 4. Check the box in Bit 0. This way, we will have installed the TPMS. Click on "exit" and exit. Click on "do it" again. Enter module 03, the ABS module. Click on coding 07, long coding helper again. Modify the numbers in byte 27 and 28, only the first of the two digits contained in them. Change the first digit to 3, and in the second digit, change the first one to 8. Then click on exit, and then "do it". Go back to the module and verify that the entered data has been saved. Check and confirm the tire pressure; to confirm the rolling data, take a short drive of 3/4 km.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
