To replace the timing belt on an Audi A4, loosen the screws that secure the cover on the left side of the engine block. Once these two components are removed, you can locate the central nut of the tensioner pulley, which can be loosened by removing the pulley itself. At this point, you can completely slide off the old belt and install the new one, ensuring everything functions correctly.
