Audi A3 - Video tutorial
Model: Audi A3
8Y, MK 4
- Years 2020-2024 Let's see how to proceed to replace the glow plugs of the Audi A3 engine. We open the hood of the engine compartment, remove the cover in the center of the engine, remove the oil cap, disconnect the intake return pipe, use a 10mm wrench to remove the brackets that hold the metal pipes, remove the distribution cover. Using a T30 wrench, unscrew the seven screws of the valve cover and remove it, use pliers to remove the glow plug connectors. To unscrew the old glow plugs, we will use a long 8mm socket wrench, replace them with four new ones and reconnect the connectors. Remove the old gasket from the cover and replace it with a new one, put the cover back on and tighten the screws in a "cross" pattern, put the distribution cover back on, screw the brackets of the metal pipes, reconnect the return pipe, the oil cap, and the cover.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen PoloLet's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again! by ScegliAuto More videos
