To replace the front headlamp glass on an Audi A5, first loosen the screws that secure the headlight unit to its housing, allowing it to be removed while disconnecting the appropriate connectors. Once the headlight unit is detached, heat the area of the headlamp that connects the glass to the remaining part; this will allow the adhesive holding the glass to be removed, enabling you to detach the glass cover from the rest of the headlight unit. You can then fix the new glass cover using the necessary amount of adhesive.
