In your Audi A1, the MMI multimedia system display may freeze or show various signs of malfunction. In such cases, try to resolve the issue by performing a reset, as explained in this tutorial.

First, insert the key and turn on both the instrument panel and the system itself, then press and hold the "Back" button, the large central knob, and the top right arrow. Keep these three buttons pressed for about 5 seconds, or until the display turns off, and wait for the system to fully restart.
