How to disassemble the glove compartment on an Audi A4

Model: Audi A4 B7 - Years 2004-2008

Open the glove box and completely empty it. Remove the fixing screws located inside the glove box. These are usually located along the top and bottom edges. Unhook the handle and lock of the glove box if necessary. This may require removing a side screw that holds the lock in place. Remove the glove box, being careful not to force or damage the mechanisms or guides. If you also need to remove the lock, remove the internal cover of the door and remove the side screw. Remember to proceed with caution to avoid damaging the plastic parts or mechanisms.
