How to replace the glow plugs of the Audi A4

Today we will explain how to replace the glow plugs of the Audi A4 model B8. We open the front hood of the car and remove the engine cover by unscrewing the screws. With the help of a screwdriver, we move the tube next to the glow plugs and then unhook the cover of each individual plug and use a Torx key to remove them one by one. On Audi vehicles, this operation is very simple because the plugs are placed vertically. After removing the plugs, we insert the new ones, lubricating them first with grease. After inserting the plugs, we can mount the engine cover and test their operation. If you have a multimeter, you can test the operation of the plugs before mounting them.
