One way to adjust it is to act on the needle: remove the diaphragm spring, the diaphragm itself, and the conical needle. Move the clip on the needle to adjust the carburettor, then reassemble the diaphragm and the conical needle. If that is not sufficient, adjust the screws on the carburettor, trying different settings until you find the desired adjustment. Cheers!
