How to replace the coolant on the Bmw F800 GS

In today's video we will see the main steps to replace the coolant or antifreeze on the Bmw F800 GS motorcycle. First we put the central stand to our motorcycle and start by disconnecting the coolant hose from the water pump, letting the old liquid drain into a container; then we open the radiator cap and pour in the new coolant (the right type for our radiator). At this point let the liquid enter the circulation, starting the engine, refilling later if necessary!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
