How do you reset the Service light on the BMW S1000 XR?

The procedure to reset the Service light on the BMW S1000 XR involves removing the motorcycle seat by unscrewing the bolts and completely detaching it from its housing. Once the seat has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in its lower part. In this way, it will be possible to locate the vehicle's OBD port, to which a diagnostic tool will need to be connected: therefore, simply follow the instructions shown in the video to reset the light. Once it has been reset, the scanner can be disconnected and everything can be covered again with the seat.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
