Today's procedure will show us how to disassemble and replace the fuel tank of the BMW R1200 GS motorcycle, in simple steps. First, we put the motorcycle on the center stand and start by removing the rider's seat; then we unscrew all the fastening screws of the plastic cover of the fuel tank, as shown in the video. At this point, we disassemble and replace the fuel pump if necessary with the new one, then remove the fuel tank; if necessary, we also replace it, applying the reverse procedure for reassembling the tank!
