To remove the rear seats of the BMW 3 Series, lower the cover located in the center of the two seatbacks. Once this is lowered, you can lift the two cushions located at the bottom of the seatbacks, completely removing them.

After the cushions are removed, lower the levers on the sides of the headrests so that the seatbacks can be folded down and removed. At this point, you can install the new replacement parts, securing them properly.
