In order to remove the rear seats of the BMW 3 Series, you need to lower the cover located in the middle of the two backrests; once this has been lowered, you can lift the two cushions located below the backrests, removing them completely. Once the two cushions have been removed, you can proceed by lowering the levers on the sides of the headrests so that the backrests can be folded down and removed. At this point, you can insert the new replacement parts, securing them properly.
