Hello everyone! Today, I will show you how to fold the rear seat backs in a BMW 3 Series E46. This is a really simple operation, yet many people don’t know it because in this model, lowering the rear seat backs is done differently than usual. As clearly shown in the video, open the trunk and pull the two plastic mechanisms located on each side.

Done! This way, you have released the rear seats and can lower the seat backs. This will make your trunk much larger and deeper, giving you a lot more space.
